Price seem fair for quality product. The trucking company delivered the backboard in cardboard packaging that had minor damage to the cardboard and minor damage to the paint on the backboard. The shipment was on time. I went to Home Depot and matched the orange paint for $5 rather than send a large item back and forth half way across the country. Trucking damage can happens.
The products are great! I did have an issue with the delivery as tracking showed my package had been delivered though it wasn't at my home. I figured it had either been delivered to the wrong address or possibly stolen. Thankfully, my package did arrive a few days later so I'm assuming it was incorrectly delivered and then brought to my address. The problem was that it was difficult getting any help from Epic. I emailed immediately when I realized there was a delivery problem and was directed to the website where I submitted another email as directed by the site. I never received any personal assistance, just more automated emails that could not do anything to help. That was a bit frustrating. I'm just happy my package arrived and everything looks great. :)
With four daughters on three different volleyball teams, last minute uniform changes are no problem with Epic Sports--they have the right item in the right size at the best price, and they deliver quickly. I recommend Epic Sports to everyone.
