The shorts are a beautiful red but they are seem longer than advertised. They are long in the stride. I have to roll them down at the waist for them to fit properly.

Fast shipping great products
I shop with you all the time. I normally order by phone for pick up in Wichita. You could definitely improve your hold time. Last time it was two hours. This time I just ordered online for shipment.
Thr delivery arrived a day later than expected so I was nervous that they would not be received in time for the vollyball game. The website was a little hard to understand in regards to the sizes if the socks but everything came in and was perfect. Thank you!

Have ordered many items. Find delivery time slow in comparison to other competitors. Although prices are lower, shipping prices are higher. In the end slightly cheaper but longer product wait times caused by longer processing times. When I called I waited over 35 minutes to speak to a rep.
Placed $250 order with 3 day shipping. Never received package. When I called, I was told carrier lost my package. Was told I would have to reorder, pay again AND pay for shipping again. I was told I would not receive refund since it wasnt EPIC fault but their carriers fault, until investigation was closed and that if not resolved I could potentially have to pay for two orders if I did end up receiving first shipment. I cancelled order. After cancelling, I received my package. Now EPIC saying i have to pay for return shipping. If I could rate less than 1 star, I would.
