Very good website easy to order, the one thing I would like to see is more information on how your order is coming along the only word that shows up on your order status is progress and it stays on progress until your order is shipped I guess I order my little leagues baseball stuff on April the 8th and here it is April the 23rd and my order says still in progress. I think the customers would like to see how their order is coming along.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
