I inadvertently entered the incorrect address (my friend recently moved) on the information. When I reached out to see if this could be corrected they said it shipped and that the package wasn't rejected. Of course I already knew this by looking the tracking number. Why feed me the information that I already provided them? Look, I made an honest mistake, and I told them this. As a customer, I feel that Epic Sports could have handled this situation much better. Kind of silly to not ship an additional $10 hat to the correct address rather than insult my integrity lose a customer forever. Good riddance.

Delivery delay could not be avoided because of flooding so was disappointed to pay more for expedited shipping and not receive any earlier. This was not Epic or UPS's fault...massive flooding caused delays.

Would like the shipping to be a little less expensive.
I was expecting a quality uv protective glass case with great appeal. What I got is a poorly constructed glass case. The panels are not even and the adhesive was sloppily applied. Would return it but don't feel like dealing with the hassle.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
