Phone response was terrible. Sent to a series of different extensions with no pick up ever. Finally, on day two, after about 15 calls someone answered the phone.

Pretty simple... You pay cheap for gear, and you get cheap gear. Not really impressed for the price I paid either.
I ordered some t-shirts, different colors, same manufacturer, online on Sunday. By Thursday I canceled the order because it took them that long to figure out that they didn't have the colors I ordered. I got called EVERY DAY for four days just to find out that it wasn't going to happen. You either know that you have product or you don't. It was disappointing. I'm on a deadline, so I ordered similar items from another company. I truly hope I get the shirts on time! :o(
The baseball pants we ordered weren't quite what we thought we were getting. The price was great though, so we'll make them work.

I did not receive the product that I ordered. The one I ordered showed a lanyard with a clip to hang it on the dugout fence but the one I received did not. I would like the correct one sent to me in a box that I can send the other one back in.
The skirt I ordered for my 4 yr. Old daughter ran larger than expected so I had to get it taken in, but otherwise I received my items in a timely manner and was happy with the purchase and service.
