I don't know why you would ever order from them unless no one else sold the product. Amazon or a sports store like $#*!s bends over backwards with customer service. This place has zero. If they are the only place that has your product, your stuck. If other places have it, use them!
Shiping should be lower i shop a lot and some times shiping is even free. Work on that with clients

The prices were good but that's all. Last time I ordered softball pants for my daughter a few months back and they did not fit Epic sports was very unoccomadating about an exchange. I tried them again this month and ordered sliding shorts and they sent me men's instead of Woman's which was clearly their error and they would not send me the correct pairs I ordered. They only credited my account. This made me mad since it was there mistake. I will not recommend in the future.
