I love how many products Epic Sports offers. The items I received are high quality and low cost. I do get the sense that they dragged their feet shipping things out until I was ready to cancel an item. At that point it was "already" shipped.
The customer service is just as good as the products. 110% excellent products and customer service. They pay attention to the details and go over and above what I expected. Thank you for everything. My billing address was different then the shipping address and I got an email and a phone call to verify that it was me ordering and to make sure I did want it shipped to an address in another state. I never would have expected that type of customer service. Everything about my orders through Epic Sports have always been great. I've been spreading the word about how great of a company they are.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.
Answer: Ridiculously high, considering the speed... Better plan on keeping what they ship... Returns are next to impossible
Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
