Everything was not in stock. I did receive an email telling me that my order was on hold and to call Epic Customer Service, which I did. A kind young lady answered and explained the the catchers mitt I had ordered was now out of stock and she wanted to know what I wanted to do. Well I wasn't happy that I had to cancel the order for the glove, but I was pleased that Epic cares enough about their customers to stop an order prior to shipping to ask the customer how the issue should be handled. Thank you for the rest of the order, and thank you for giving me the choice on what I felt needed to be done to meet my needs.
I love that I can find anything for my league all on one web site. Keep up the good work. I wish the order was fulfill quicker, so that the order would have been delivered sooner.

I paid for overnight shipping to get my shirts quickly. They did come on time, however I have waited several weeks with no response on a damaged shirt I received. I ended up paying overnight shipping on a replacement shirt to get it on time. In my opinion,customer service when there is a problem needs improvement.--Still waiting for an answer/refund

Vesper &*******@epicsports.com did not provide customer service what so ever. They did not care about my order being wrong. Vesper stated knowing I needed my items ASAP, "you paid for ground shipping so we'll return as such." After speaking with Sarson USA myself, I am happy again; however, I don't think I'll order again.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
