Ordered multiple products for my team on 5/24 and paid way too much money for extra 3-day shipping. Received email stating my package was shipped and I waited, waited, then looked up tracking number, and it was not found. Thought I would wait awhile maybe information needed updated. I finally contacted customer service and was told all they can do is find out from vendor where order is and they would send me email with follow-up information. The email I received 3 days later was very vague and just said order was in transit from warehouse. What? That doesn't really give me anything. Finally received information that my order is being shipped finally. My package was then shipped for the 3-day delivery. Now knowing I haven't received my order yet, my order like I first was told via email, order by the time I was to receive, my order was dropped, and is now 3 weeks out you would think it would of been sent faster like next day or 2-day shipping since I'm still waiting on it & still have not received it yet. Can only get these uniforms from you to match rest of team! What is my other choice now that I need to place another order?
Overall the website is great and the deals are awesome. It is disappointing that the login page is not secure (http), thus passing my username and password in the clear.

My experience with Epic Sports was EPIC. The customer service was outstanding and delivery was prompt. I was expecting the material to not be in good shape because of the price, To my surprise the material was just as good as an very expensive shirt/short. I will be doing business with you all again.
