Paid $25 in shipping to have it 2 day shipped because I was needing it in a hurry. Part of my order didn't come in until over a week later. It was pointless for me to pay expedited shipping cost and still not get it in time. Will not be doing much more business with epic sports. The problem ended up being that the warehouse had received the wrong caps so they had to wait for the right ones to come in which is fine but I feel that I should have been refunded the expedited shipping and at least informed about the problem so that I could have got the caps elsewhere without me having to call and ask about the order.
The socks look really cool and match our uniform perfect. They aren't too thick to make your feet hot.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
