I like their products and prices but the shipping time could use improvement. Once the items ship, I have then in 2 days which is great. However, the time it takes to BE shipped could definitely use improvement. It shouldn't take 6+ days for items to leave their warehouse.

I placed the order on 5/25. Received part of the order on 5/31. Good service. As of 6/8 have not received the Richardson Snap back caps.
Compression shorts were very thin and will not compress a thing. I ordered a large based on the size chart, but they literally fall off of me when I put them on. I tried to call customer service and they said that because they are a close out, they only thing they can do is review it, if I take pictures of the shorts with a ruler, etc...not worth my time! I just put the 3 pair that I bought in the Good Will bag. Lesson learned...stick with the brick and mortar stores!
It was a good experience.I just think the umpire section should have more subtitles like for gear bags, belts etc so you don't have to search the whole site or go through unnecessary viewing. Also the picture of the shirt was not the same shirt I received. It took to long to get resolved. I understand that Epic Subcontracts companies like Champro but they are still ultimately responsible since they host them on the site. I probably will order again but it will be with reservation and hoping I receive the product that I ordered. The customer service Rep Vesper did stay in contact with me and made sure the situation was resolved. Though I thought it should have been sooner, I can't hold the Epic totally liable when they have to wait for a corrective response. But they should make sure that they are on the same page as their sub-contractors. Finally...the Champro shirts run extremely small. Probably about a size and a half
Epic Sports has some good deals and they are always fast with shipping! The only thing that would make it better would be FREE SHIPPING.
I ordered 2 pair of same pants for my daughter. One pair fit great the other was way too small. I think they were missed marked. I argued with them for three months about getting my money back or getting a new pair. The service rep Lori is horrible she asked me for pictures three different time and lost them. She would not give me bosses phone number. Do not buy from this business. Discount for this business means customer loosing money.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
