Great service and great products
I ordered 4-5 swimsuits that ended up not fitting. I had no problem getting a return authorized. However, a 30% restocking fee is extremely steep. Considering I purchased the suits on sale (not clearance) it is not feasible to return them for such a large fee. The purchase price is what keeps me coming back as a customer but in this case I'm suck with several items I can not use.
Love the prices! Hoping the quality is as great. Only problem I had was when I tried to submit my order yesterday, I got a message saying the page couldn't be found. Very possibly a glitch with my computer, but unfortunately it delayed shipping one day. Not a problem for me, but my son was disappointed. I'm very excited to find your site! Update: even with the computer glitch, we received our order 3 days early! We were very excited and very pleased with the product!

The printing on items I ordered was very good and very fast! Do follow the washing instruction and all the lettering will stay in place. I have washed my first order 10 times, still like new.

First representative was rude had a bad attitude. I was not transferred to a Customer relations manager that was requested. Called back again and was able to get my items embroidered. Why tell me it's not possible and then was done with the second representative? This wouldn't of happened if the website gave an option for embroidery.
I feel that UPS leaves stuff sitting way to long and would be better service company if they moved product 7 days a week. I was also unhappy with the fact that after charging my account it took 4 days to ship! If this is standard then it needs to be posted in the listing!

I had to settle for a different product than the one I wanted due to no supply.
I had so much hope for this company, but their service is pathetic. I will never order anything from them. I went several levels up trying to get my issue resolved and was treated like they were doing me a favor by letting me buy from them. Obviously I was not the first to complain (and you see from other reviews) because their responses were all canned recites of their 'policy'. I really could care less about their policies. I don't work for their company. When items are listed on their site as in stock and state that they usually ship in 1 day, I expect that. I expect that if I happen to get the exception that they would at least apologize. Nope, instead I am talked to like a 3 year old and told that I should have called in. Sorry, no where on the site does it suggest calling first. If that is the case, why even have a website?
The kicker was after waiting 5 days and still no shipment my order was cancelled because I complained. That was fine until I saw they charged me a restocking fee along with shipping. I called back and was told once again that was their policy. When I pointed out that it was fraud to charge me for shipping when they haven't shipped anything Cody hung up on me again. It wasn't until I emailed the owner who I was told empathically by Cody that he wouldn't talk to customers that I got a full refund. Seriously? A business owner that won't talk to customers? Maybe that is where this company went off track.
I like their products, and their prices are great, but until they sort out their customer service challenge, I will stick to Amazon or other retailers that when there is a problem they will listen.
I am sure ES will respond with some nonsense that it is my fault because somewhere on the order it states that as long as they get you your product in 3 weeks they are ok, but I don't know anyone who orders anything and reasonably expects it to take 3 weeks especially when the site says it usually ships in 1 day.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
