Great product at a great price.
I purchased a set of batting jackets that were absolutely wonderful and at a great price. They arrived a day later than I paid for, but that was on the fault of the delivery service, and not EpicSports.
Although I paid for expedited shipping, I didn't get the order when it was supposed to come. Epic refunded part of the shipping cost.
The other problem was that I wanted size Women's small, but girls small shipped to me. Epic says I ordered it, so have to pay to exchange it. Kind of frustrating, but customer service was terrific overall - she is a real gem. Just not happy I got wrong size and have to pay to exchange for the right one.

I've ordered with Epic several times for my bodybuilding team. The email & phone communication is superb. Everything runs fast & timely, so you have to respond to correspondences quickly if you want to alter an order.

I made a purchase on a Sunday and called to ensure a note could be added the very next day as soon as live bodies were available. The customer rep and the manager wouldn't even allow me to speak as they continuously kept repeating themselves that they couldn't and wouldn't do anything to help me ensure I'd receive the product ordered. I understood that they wouldn't do anything to help me but the whole point of the conversation was just to inform them that because they wouldn't provide other options that I just wanted them to know they would be receiving the product back because UPS doesn't deliver to our location. That was it. That was all I wanted to inform the manager about and she wouldn't allow me to even do that without rudely repeating herself. This was my first experience and last experience ordering from them. They have cheap prices but with that comes cheap terrible employees.

Product is good but not completely what I thought I was getting. I didn't realize that the ball comesniff the stick. I thought these would be a gadget on the end that kept the ball on. I have a net and they use it into the net so it works I just was a little mistaken about it. But otherwise it's a great tool.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
