I contacted customer service because we received a duplicate item in a second shipment. There wasn't an order form included and no return shipping label. I was calling to see if your company wanted to email me a prepaid shipping label so I could return it. Customer service informed me the item was shipped direct from the manufacturer & they would contact them, explain the situation & if they wanted me to ship it back they will get in touch with me via email.
