0! From the online site to the customer service rep who was very nonchalant and didnt have any empathy on my concerns pertaining to my order. We ordered over 30+ socks for our football team and was expecting to do more for breast cancer. We expected sock size to be the same as shoe size. You guys size chart for the socks are at the bottom of the screen and when you make a selection for the size of the socks me as a consumer thinks the sizes are pertaining to the same as shoe sizes. Sock sizes how do you begin to even measure i never would have thought that thats how you purchase socks... we always went with shoe sizes. We asked about resending shipment back in and gettinh the right size by sending them overnight back to you guys and you guys send the right order back overnight as well but was told that we could not... leaving our team with no socks still. We as a team are very dissatisfied there was no alternatives or options to choose from to get the socks in fast and quick as possible.

The jerseys are more fit for Men and not Unisex.
Paid more for shipping, so we would have our socks for our first soccer game and that didn't happen! I received multiple emails saying my order was on back order and I received tracking information for someone else's order. The customer services is horrible and they give you no information about your order. I will not order from this company again and I think I deserve a shipping refund, since my order showed up 6 days late!
