The windbreaker was not the quality I was looking for. I was looking for something with a more substantial weight. You can see thru the fabric and the lining. I was looking for something that wasn't transparent. Sorely disappointed but don't want to send back and spend more money than the item is worth.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Chris Robeson, and Cody Patton are arrogant nasty men who do NOT value you as a customer. If things are going well, I'm sure they are very nice, but they are incapable of treating customers right when there is even the slightest issue. I purchased a $10 item, never got it because it was returned to them by the USPS. They said I can pay for the item plus 2x shipping or shipping and a restocking fee if I don't want it. These guys are a pathetic joke. They know nothing about customer service and think flippant rude responses "stick it to you". They are fully willing to alienate all their customers if it means collecting an extra dollar to prove they are right. RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and DONT LOOK BACK! The owner Gary Proctor is an idiot to continue to run his business this way and allow these two buffoons to control his company.

This is the second time I have purchased items from Epic Sports with no issues.
The first being basketball jerseys for a youth team with numbers. They came super fast and the kids really liked them.
I was able to order football socks for two teams, personalized coaching shirts, hats, and game balls. The balls came within 2 days from the actual manufacturer and everything else was shipped a day early. The socks were larger than anticipated, but the kids can make due. Maybe I will try to ship back and get smaller sizes.
Overall I was very well pleased with the quality of the products I ordered.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
