Could never reach costumer service. On hold forever on a loop, frustrating. And how many times do I have to confirm my order. I paid extra for 3 day shipping, it arrived 2 weeks after the order.

We had originally ordered socks from another company but they failed to mention that the socks were out of stock. They told me this after I paid them. Luckily Epic sports had the exact same socks and at much cheaper price! And the shipping was affordable and fast! Will definitely be ordering socks again for next season!

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
