Well I was hoping to get a bulk price discount after purchasing more then 12 hats but I noticed that changed to 49 and up so I missed an opportunity to save even more.
Not happy at all the items sizes are smaller than listed I sent 2 emails to get the right size and they never responded I tried calling and was on hold for 45 minutes and finely hung up and tried the call back option and they gave me a bad number that does not exist
So glad I found this place!
Received 1 full week late. Had to go out and buy some at the store instead.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
