I sent an email concerning a certain cap. I need to know where it was manufactured. China or Cambodia. Same hat but fits totally different. The representative told me they were made in Cambodia. That's the caps I wanted. I ordered 36 caps. When I received my caps, they were made in China. They did not fit. I requested to send them back. I got a return authorization and sent them back. I had to pay shipping back to you. I don't feel I should have to pay shipping either way since they were not what I requested or ordered. I have the emails where the representative told me they were made in Cambodia if you need them.
Confused why it says 3-day shipping but it won't arrive for 11 days.

I was happy to see all the available colors and quantities for the item I was in the market for. Once I placed my order I received it within 48 hours which was fantastic!
The items were awesome, delivery was terrible. It almost makes me not want to order again. This is the 2nd time my package was delayed. I received an email that it was be delivered last Thursday, then an email saying delayed til Friday, I made special arrangements for someone to be at my house. Then came another email delayed til Monday, then another delayed til Tuesday. I like your merchandise but this is the second time I've had this exact problem with delivery.
Size was a little small, but my daughter loves it. Also, we bought the same brand in top and skirt hoping the colors would match, however they are not quite the same colors of blue.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
