Hello I placed 2 orders with epic sports. Both 2 shirts that said WXL size on the website and it is actually a junior Xl on both shirts. The first shirt I sent back I contacted them and they sent me an RMA waiving the restocking fees. I paid return shipping and sent it back. I got the other shirt in the mail finally so I requested an RMA for that shirt as well. This was from the office manager Cody, he sent me the RMA and made me pay restocking fees! When I sent him the first RMA on the first shirt he turned around and changed it in the system so that it included restocking fees! After they already sent me the original RMA that did not. This was absolutely terrible customer service and he will not make it right. He is rude and I can't get help from anyone else!

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
