Overall I'm very happy with my order. It was to be delivered to a different address than a previous order and I immediately received a phone call to make sure this wasn't a mistake or someone else using my account. I appreciated that. They only negative is that even when paying for expedited shipping there was some type of verbiage that said delivery times are just estimates and not guaranteed. If I'm paying for expedited shipping it is frustrating that it is still just an estimate.
They do not fix their mistakes, all the bad reviews seem to match my experience with them. The teaser prices aren't worth it, even when says in stock, it is likely stock not correct, and then they take days to fix. Their shipping costs are out of control, and customer service has no power to correct anything. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
