Shipping is pricy
The champro baseball pants run EXTREMELY large as compared to other brands like Mizuno. I now have to figure out how to return them for a smaller size as they did not enclose a packing slip with the order!
A good product and delivery time was good. However one the shirts was not packaged, where as the other shirts were. Subsequently the unpackaged shirt was dirty.

I initially ordered chin straps for our youth football league. The straps arrived on time and well packed. However, they were adult straps rather than youth. The item description did not indicate which we would receive and I did not think to ask. So I needed to return them. The RMA was received promptly. I was very unhappy with the return policy. First, I had to pay return shipping and on top of that I had to absorb a restocking fee. The shipping is understandable but the restocking fee is a terrible policy. I called sales to see about ordering replacements but did was nervous about incurring more fees. I determined that recouping the restocking fee was not worth the price of continued business with Epic. Lesson learned. I will very carefully consider my options before shopping here again.
