We called to ask the best way to remove all the air out of the soccer balls. We were transferred. No one answered after 35 minutes or more we did our best and quit waiting. And packed the balls. They were for the Samaritan's purse Operation Christmas Shoe boxes. We would have liked some timely help on this.
