Deceitful company, that sells dirty items and does not even offer to exchange them. Additionally, they give false information on their customer service line to lure you in for the sale and does not honor employee statement. Beware!
Ordered shirts and the wrong one was shipped, they refused to correct by shipping the correct shirt at no additional shipping fees. CUSTOMER SERVICE rep tried to help, but I was transferred to managers who were both ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! They would not correct their mistake! BUYER BEWARE! DONT ORDER FROM EPIC SPORTS!

Shopping experience was great and wonderful. The lower rating was due to the shipping and handling cost. The cost was 1/4 the cost of the shirt/jacket. $14.00 in shipping. Why not offer free shipping on orders over $50. Or raise your selling price $.50-1.00.
Think this thru and realize how more customers you would pick up with free shipping and low prices. Look at all the businesses what went that way.
Ordering process is good. Shipping is way to high. I ship a lot and know that the weight on these pieces is very light and it simply does not cost that much to ship. I will be returning one item and the shipping is $3.70.
