The medals arrived well before the scheduled delivery date. I ordered 180 medals with three separate ribbons (Champion, Second, & Third) AND with customization on the back, and all medals were correct. I am trying to impress on area teams that we have a quality tournament, and improving the medals is one tangible way to work toward that goal. These medals are high quality and I think athletes and parents are going to be really impressed with our awards compared to other tournaments in the area.
I ordered my product on January 13, and it still shows in progress when I check status. It did say online it could take 7-9 business days to ship. However, it's day 9 and it still hasn't shipped! I mean, really. You had no problem taking the money from my account. Next time, I will order somewhere else and pay extra just to get the product in a reasonable amount of time. It's been 13 days since I ordered... 9 business days and it still hasn't shipped! How long will it take it to make it to me after it finally ships. This is beyond unacceptable!
Placed order and their system delays my order but instead of expediting shipping to make good on order, blame me for my shipment being a week late because I chose economy shipping? Doesnt seem right in the world of online, retail shopping opportunities.

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
