I had a pair of pants that was part of a multiple pant order. They were the same brand and size (also the size chart showed the same measurements) although they were a different waist cut/style. They fit like they were 1-2 sizes too small. I asked about returning them. I paid extra to receive them by a certain date based upon the estimated shipping arrival dates. The csr said i would have to pay for return shipping then wait for a return credit and during which time i would have to reorder like a new order (keep in mind by this time i had 1.5 business days before needing the pants) and pay $35-40 for next day ship to get them there in time of needing them. So for a $18 pair of ball pants i spend an extra $28 to begin with for rush shipping and was told i'd need to spend another $35-40 in the new order as well as $6-8 min return ship. Mind you the pants came in a $7.80 2 day priority envelope. This is horrible customer service and company policy. I will not order again

Surprised at charge for shipping. Other competing sites either ship for free or make it free if order is above a certain level. Otherwise, good experience.
