Really bummed. The item didn't match the picture or description on the website. Still Epic Sports wouldn't help--they required me to pay the return shipping and a restocking fee. It was too expensive, so I had to keep the product. Beware of the good reviews listed on their website. Those ratings must have been bought.

Just letting you know that I tried contacting your customer service phone number. I waited for so long to be connected to a representative due to so many advertisements/offers, only to be instructed to "hang up", when I declined all of the offers.

I received my shoe dogs ahead of scheduled delivery, They fit the shoes nice and snug, I won't be able to tell you how they work until we've have them a while, particularly after this spring's soccer season. Three stars for the early delivery, will be back to update the review if they prevent shoe odor

Liked the product but your shipping is way to expensive. I paid 20.00 to have it shipped & 20.00 to have it returned. Way to much. I will be ordering from u again.
