I ordered several plain shirts and 2 printed shirts, one YS and YXS and they are exactly the same size even though they have labeled as YS and YXS... I really need one smaller for my son, otherwise it fits him like a dress...
The shorts were perfect and high quality. The compression shirts were as the same. I'd recommend A4 over any other uniform brand.

The basketball were stained -- where you would write on them-- tried to clean them the best i could. Disappointing
Ordered scrub tops, but order kept getting delayed due to out of stock items when processing order. Then when I did receive my package only 3 of the 4 scrub tops arrived, so I had to contact customer service to see if the 4th one was being mailed seperately. But once again another out of stock item but I was charged for it. Still awaiting my refund for it.

I called and held for 18 minutes, then put my number in for call back. 2 days and I have not heard from anyone.
I called again and put on hold again. NO RESPONSE AGAIN.

Ordered uniforms that the website said were in stock. Two days later they inform me that several items are on back order. So we switch to a different jersey that indicated in stock. Once again, on back order. Spoke to a manager that indicated the "In Stock" is as far as they know... yet they have no idea if the item is In Stock and they mean the manufacturer's "In Stock"... not Epic Sports. So it went from, ship within 8-10 days (faster end if items "in stock")... which would've been mid-February, to ETA of March 14th. They completely defended their "In Stock" note and would not offer any assistance on shipping or otherwise, thus I cancelled my order and will never do business again with them... and will pass along to our league.
Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

Answer: Sorry you wasted your time trying to speak to a live customer service person, you can only text a "chat bot" with your dissatisfaction with the merchandise you received, Don't be fooled by there 100% customer satisfaction LIES! I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!
Answer: This company doesn't care about the customer buying their merchandise. I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
