It showed the items were in stock, but when I added printing, it showed that the merchandise had to be shipped in and the delivery date got pushed out by 3 weeks. Not happy

The prices are good unless you have problem and they won't correct it. We paid for 6 hats that say "A" instead of our team name. I called the day they arrived and the customer service rep was rude. He basically said it was my fault and I agreed when I ordered them that I could not exchange them. We are finished ordering form Epic. I have never been treated this way with any other sports goods company.
