I did not give 5 stars only because I did not receive my order correctly, HOWEVER, I had no problems with Customer Service looking into why I received the wrong item and she shipped my corrected item out the same day and I did not have to worry about shipping back the in-correct item. The corrected item came within a day or two of confirmation it shipped. Overall I am pleased with the experience, but hope that future orders will be correct from the beginning.

It showed the items were in stock, but when I added printing, it showed that the merchandise had to be shipped in and the delivery date got pushed out by 3 weeks. Not happy
