Thanks for the speedy response for my exchange. Everything went from the initiation of the exchange with the customer service representative to the early deliver of the correct item.
Ordering was very easy.
Placed an oder with epic sports my item was placed on back order so I asked for a refund. I was sent an email stating i would be be getting my refund well i never got it. I made numerous calls sent email after email no one would return my call or email until I said my Attorney was going to get involved. Next thing i know i get a email from Cody Patton the manger stating take my complaint to the credit card company. He did not call to try to help me or anything. I had to contact my bank to get my money back. Then i call back to tell them i filed a dispute with the bank a manager gets on the phone and says they refunded me last week the bank must be keeping it. I told her i had already spoke with my bank and what she was not saying was true. Customer service is a joke they are not there to help at all!
Good experience overall as usual. I did place an order and then realized I forgot something and placed another order. Would have been nice to have one freight charge rather than two. But I received them both as promised.

I am a tough fit for baseball pants. However, the pants I bought from Epic had a legitimate waist size and length that fit perfectly for a great price.
I ordered basketball jerseys for my women's team and they turned out perfect! I was having a hard time finding a place that could print numbers for a decent price and this was not only affordable but they were delivered quickly.
Everything came on time, and was great quality. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be ordering again from EpicSports. Thank you.
