Ordered a medium youth and it was too big and long. It looked really good but just too big and long for my 7yr old.
Items shipped way latter than initially stated when ordered. Then when it did ship, shipping was not upgrade to get the items delivered quicker. Also, the delivery when shipped, stated a date I would receive and didn't receive until 2 days later after that date. Very disappointing. Will look to buy else where in the future.
The bag is perfect and well made. The only problem is I do not recommend having it personalized as the writing is already peeling off of it.

When school is about to start, I live in a suburban area where there's more children than adults. So finding uniforms for my 2 teens becomes a challenge. EpicSports makes this challenge easy to overcome. The styles, the colors, the quality, and fast delivery makes it a no-brainer. Better prices allows me to purchase more. Now with a new school year comes, new sports interest and there's no better place to purchase those hard to find items or items to be personalized for team spirit. I will always shop ES and will tell anyone about the integrity of there items and prices.
The time period it took to receive my order was extremely long. When the order arrived, the football pants were too large. I reached out to customer service and they told me the process of returning them, but when I went to do so, the item was not returnable. Wasted time all around. I could t even order a different size because by the time I received the first pair that was too large, they were sold out of that item in the color I needed.
Shipment came on time and they kept you updated with emails. The boots look nice and real material. Will order again
Some of the items were exactly what we are looking for but some of the items were not what we expected. The sizes are very big compared to previous purchased shirts of the same type. Also, some of the shirts (Button down polo shirts) looked like they had been worn and washed many times already (my lady staff were not very happy with their shirts). Also, a few of the colors were quite different in person than that on the website.
Delivery was fast. We received what we ordered. My son's coach requested the band be ordered for the football games. It fit his tiny wrist comfortably.
The warehouse shipped a case of the wrong size dresses. Everything is automated and you have to chat with a computer and repeat yourself. Really miss the days of making a phonecall and speaking with a human. It's was difficult and time consuming to get their error corrected.
Ordering and shipping process was satisfactory. The soccer balls were packaged well. Delivery was made in a satisfactory and timely manner. We have already used the soccer balls and they are holding up well for our needs.
Perfect, items were received swiftly! I will list definitely order again. Items were a great price as well!
