The time period it took to receive my order was extremely long. When the order arrived, the football pants were too large. I reached out to customer service and they told me the process of returning them, but when I went to do so, the item was not returnable. Wasted time all around. I could t even order a different size because by the time I received the first pair that was too large, they were sold out of that item in the color I needed.
Shipment came on time and they kept you updated with emails. The boots look nice and real material. Will order again
Some of the items were exactly what we are looking for but some of the items were not what we expected. The sizes are very big compared to previous purchased shirts of the same type. Also, some of the shirts (Button down polo shirts) looked like they had been worn and washed many times already (my lady staff were not very happy with their shirts). Also, a few of the colors were quite different in person than that on the website.
Delivery was fast. We received what we ordered. My son's coach requested the band be ordered for the football games. It fit his tiny wrist comfortably.
The warehouse shipped a case of the wrong size dresses. Everything is automated and you have to chat with a computer and repeat yourself. Really miss the days of making a phonecall and speaking with a human. It's was difficult and time consuming to get their error corrected.
Ordering and shipping process was satisfactory. The soccer balls were packaged well. Delivery was made in a satisfactory and timely manner. We have already used the soccer balls and they are holding up well for our needs.

COLOR: DARK GREEN/GRAPHITE Followed the sizing chart going off of measurements taken to ensure the correct size and still ended up with a couple of the skorts too small. Because that specific item is no exchanges or returns we are stuck with them.

Early August I ordered 3 items from Epic, a mask, a hat and 2 knee supports. I received the mask and 2 elbow supports. Customer support said it was my fault so the only solution was to reorder the knee supports and return the elbow supports for a refund which I did. Return shipping was $9 and change. To this day I feel I ordered the knee supports properly or the website was confusing with the size or perhaps the website did something. At any rate, I was disappointed in how the thing was handled. Most internet companies I have dealt with would send a prepaid shipping label for the return just to retain customer good will but, I guess that doesn't matter to Epic?
Everything arrived in good condition and as described on website. Prices were very good. Selection is great.
Was hesitant to order because I'd never heard of the website but it's legit! Shipping was a little long but we expected that! We got a tracking number as soon as they shipped and we received our cleats brand new, authentic and in the box before practice season. New website for us to check out when searching for sports gear!
