Car dirty. No. Filthy. Guy said he had some water problem. Not car I ordered. Expected Mercedes or better like contract said. This was very uncomfortable. Guy said it was all he had. Needed to walk about 1/4 mile to a car with the guy where we got into a car and he drove us around 10 minutes to an underground garage with poor lighting. He pointed out the scratches on the car. Was hard to see, but there were quite a few. The dirt hid some others. I asked for a different car, and he said that this is all he had. Gas tank waqs about half full and he told me to bring it back the same. I don't know how to fill the tank to 1/2, so I brought it back full. Overall, worse car rental experience I ever had. I should be compensated. Lastly, could've used better instructions about finding the return location at the Geneva airport. Went around in circles for almost an hour.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. The inspection was thorough and they were very patient with me. All my questions were answered and the car was very clean inside and out. The only thing I had a problem with was the stale odor in the car every time I would get in but after opening the windows to let it air out it would be fine. Checking in and out was very quick and easy and they emailed and called me very quickly and made sure everything was in order which I was very impressed with. I would definitely rent from them again.

Rented a van for a family trip. The Van was in great condition and met our needs. The ease of picking up the vehicle and drop off were both quick and easy. The staff were nice and helpful. We have been pleased with the consistency of renting from Enterprise and have no negatives from our experiences.
