Ran into a snag at the Homestead location of Enterprise. Very disappointed at the lack of willingness to aid. This was rectified at the West Mifflin location by Skylar. Awful experience. The manager Chris was extremely rude and I was given a car with vormit in it after the initial one I rented wouldn't start due to a bad battery that died. Not one apology for the inconvenience was ever rendered.

Staff was great and friendly, but the truck they gave me was a problem, and there wasn't another one available to fit my schedule. "Luck of the draw" in what vehicle they give you totally sucks.

Chris in the Tallahassee location is awesome got us going very efficiently understanding we did not have time on our side and dealing with a stressful situation of a car accident.
