My rental was a VW Jetta, smaller than I normally drive, I couldn't find a handle to adjust the steering wheel so it was a little uncomfortable. It wasn't until I turned the car in when I was shown how to adjust it. Overall the car drove really good. Staff is awesome, getting you in and out as quickly as possible. Staff was very kind. They did a great job. I did choose a very small SUV. I would not choose the same vehicle again. Not that it was bad, but it was too small if you drive a SUV as your primary vehicle. I eventually got comfortable though.

I set up an appt a week in advance for an Enterprise rental at the CarStar location in Amherst NY, When I got to the repair shop 8:15 AM the Enterprise office had no car for me. I had to be driven to another Enterprise office 6 miles away. The car I was given was driveable but it had a chipped windshield and a dent in the front bumper. Once I started my drive home I noticed after going a couple of miles there was very little gas in the car ( 57 miles worth).
I was told there was an Enterprise car rental office where I was having my car repaired. That sure sounded convenient I was pleased that I did not have to go another location.
The Enterprise agent was apologetic but when it got to be my turn to get a car the only car left to rent was in deplorable condition and was not in any condition to rent, it was only 8:30 AM.
CarStar repair was terrific, not so with the Enterprise office at the same location,

Do not go to Mt vernon office no no dirty cars that need oil change then they charge 100 on your card
