Don't go above and beyond for their customers! Called multiple times for a smaller car and was told we will have some on about an hour and never got a call back! Then was promised free upgrade for future use and extra points NOTHING WAS GIVEN!
My rental with enterprise was due to a car accident. My car was in the body shop for almost one month. I never had to pick up the phone file any paperwork with any of the insurance companies it was all done by your staff. Very very impressed. Will rent again.

After losing my car, I was extremely stressed. So, I visited Enterprise in Hawthorn, and Manny was the person who helped me. I have rented numerous times from the Marlton location. Every single time, they have done a fantastic job in taking care of me. This most recent rental was a last minute emergency rental after having a horrific experience with another rental company and cancelling (will never use them again). I immediately called the Marlton Enterprise and was able to pick up a car within the hour. Everyone there is freindly and provide top-notch service with a smile. Keep up the great work Marlton!

Efficient and convenient for me - Enterprize. I was urged to remind the dealership about my insurance policy and to let them know I might need it longer than it was allowing for the repair to be done - but imagine my surprise when early in the 3rd rental day, the repair task was completed! I was grateful for that!

Excellent service, good reliable clean vehicle. I did not like the return service options, only needed 3 days, had to pay for 4 due to the discontinued after hours drop off.

I was told one price by corporate enterprise and then another price when I got to the actual location, causing me to have to re-schedule the rental for this day and miss a day of work. The Enterprise location was exceptional. Manager is 💯. That location is always great. Good people, good service, good cars. Straightforward and no games.
Enterprise corporate that took my reservation for the previous day... gave me a deposit price way shorter than what it was actually, told me I could pay in cash and THIS LOCATION DOES NOT TAKE CASH, so maybe they can read that... you also have to pay for your deposit and total rental cost upfront, which they (E. CO.) told me I could pay the deposit and schedule payment for the rental as well with my card [FALSE]. You have to pay for all of it on 1 card, in your name. No charging multiple cards for your rental.
So... Enterprise local location... freaking amazing.
Enterprise Corporate... study your own policies and try not to $#*! me next time... you cost me hundreds in lost wages for that 1 day. Thank you. Ok. Bye.

After having a reservation for a couple months, they didn't have what I reserved. Then it was like I was in between a fight between two locations. I understand systems go down, but if the system is down how do you tell a customer that all the autos in the lot are reserved, so why was my reservation not saved?
