Nissan Rogue is not the car to rent. Uncomfortable and had continual problems with sensors on the exterior of the car.

Our check in & out, representative was Christian. He was very knowledgeable and courteous as he showed us the car we rented. He covered all the particulars of that model and left nothing to chance. All representatives should be as informed and dedicated to helping us know how to find & adjust the things within the car as he was.

The first rental had to be jump started twice which was an inconvenience because I needed the vehicle to do my errands and for shopping, because of these two issues, I did not trust the vehicle when having to stop and then return to the vehicle and I was afraid it would not start.
After my car was totaled because an accident my insurance said I could get a rental. I was able to upgrade to a SUV. Similar to what I am used to driving. I was given prices and how much would be my expense. Working with the employees was easy with me never had to rent a vehicle before.
I was picked up and again reviewed all paper work before driving the SUV. I appreciate their extra time when I was stoll rattled from the accident.
