Reserved a van for a cross country trip with an elderly passenger and his belongings. The Enterprise pickup location didn't have one for us even though we had reserved it several weeks earlier. They offered us a Dodge Durango as a replacement, instead of securing a van from another location. The Durango is nothing like the van we needed. We had to accept the Durango, because Enterprise refused to help us get the van, and we needed to get our trip started. We had to leave some items behind, because the Durango wasn't large enough, and our elderly passenger was very uncomfortable for the 2-day trip. Overall, just a really bad rental experience that could have been avoided if Enterprise had held up their end of the reservation agreement.

Good initial service, but I don't like being charged for services I did not ask for. I tired returning the car but there is no key drop off. I dropped off the car at their lot and did not use it. This is 2025, how can there be no key drop off box. Therefore, I was charged for the entire memorial days weekend, plus Tuesday.

Body shop set up a rental for us two days prior economy style not compact we got there. The lady said she only had one available smallest compact I've ever seen. I wouldn't have felt safe driving it much less putting my wife in it. Car hadn't been clean trash throughout the floorboards Bad smell. The whole process was a joke.
