Except sometimes the manner of ordering and checking out to finish the order gets a bit compounded. Otherwise I will order again.
I ordered 24-1oz jars of clotted cream for a bridal shower. The product arrived quickly but it was spoiled. It was not packaged well enough to maintain the cold temperature needed to maintain freshness. The ice pack that was in the box was not only melted but warm. The jars were in no way cold. We opened one up to smell it and it was terrible! I reached out to request a refund as the product was unusable. I was asked to send pictures, which I did. I was told that it "looked fine" to them and to go ahead and use it. I am throwing it all out because I am not risking us having a Bridesmaids moment at my daughter's bridal shower. I won't be purchasing from this store again.
All the things I was looking for to remind me of home, in one place. Shipping was quick and packing was excellent. Everything arrived intact! Will be ordering again.

Three sets of four plates arrived very shortly after I ordered them, packed in tight flat boxes of four, each plate separated from another with a quality packing material. Fine bone china, exceptional quality, very well protected. Great job! đź‘Ź
