It's difficult to find Bonne Maman Plum Preserves these days, and the English Tea Store was out of stock for a while, but the preserves were back in stock when the English Tea Store said they would be and my subsequent order was delivered promptly and in great condition. The preserves are delicious and the English Tea Store service is great!

I received my tea, kind of. FedEx dropped my package off at a neighbor's apartment since FedEx was too lazy to check the apartment number and of course you can't get through to a living person to complain...only the shipper. Glad I live in an area now where I know my neighbors. Either way, i ZERO complaints about your website or shipping experience and I am enjoying my teas. Sadly I don't think there is really a good shipping alternative since they all suck these days and usually charge too much for their service.

I like to mix the english tea bags of chai tea with Taylor chai tea bags. It makes a tea that is excellent with archay's almond windmill cookies. The flavors compliment each other in a very pleasant way.
I have been ordering this tea for years. It was hard to find. Fairways used to carry a version of this, but discontinued. It is really an Earl Grey tea but with some mild flowery notes. A couple of my friends who drink this tea, are ordering this now as well.

The licorice Candy was hard and stale. I couldn't eat it. I was very disappointed because it cost me almost $16.
I enjoy drinking loose leaf tea but finding good, quality loose leaf is somewhat difficult. I like these teas because the loose leaves are big enough that they don't steep into the tea and the flavors are excellent.
I also appreciate how I can buy tea products in bulk, rather than small tins since we drink so much tea in our house. The foil lined paper bags used for storing tea are strong, durable and appear to lack any plastics.
