I happened upon the English tea while searching for different and quality black and green teas.
I scrolled for over 30 minutes reviewing every category and teas/ products in the category. It was like being in a candy shop as a kid!. The vast flavors / reviews offered held my attention and I kept scrolling and reading and buying.
The various recipes you offer using teas was intriguing, something new, as well as something I would have never thought about,ever.
You have made drinking and enjoying tea not boring any more!.
Decent selection and really good prices. Shipping wasn't too expensive, but did take a good while to make it to me, which was a bit disappointing. Was shipped with UPS, UPS dropped it off at my local post office for USPS to deliver, except USPS then turned around and sent it back to the nearest metro USPS distribution center just for it to be sorted there and sent back to my local post office. Would've been great if UPS just went the extra mile, literally, to bring it to my house. But that isn't really too much in control of English Tea Store, so I don't really hold it against them, it just makes me wary about ordering again as I'm not sure which parts of the US my package will repeatedly see before it finally makes it to me. Everything was well packed though and showed up in pretty good condition considering the box was pretty knackered at the end of its journey.
I was notified that an item I ordered (teapot warmer) was out of stock despite still showing in stock on the website. I tried calling 3 times and never got through - but connected online chat right away once I saw that. I asked if I could substitute with another color and they said yes - and then the original "out if stock" shipped anyway.
Simply the best! My sister Vi and I love their products. We get the Christmas pudding every year! Very satisfied!
No issues with the shopping experience but one - I did not get a shipping notification email with tracking. At least, not to my knowledge.

... but it was a stroke of luck that I did get it because it was addressed without the box number that the USPS needs because they don't deliver to our house. I happened to be in the post office on the morning it was delivered and was able to stop them from returning it. The order form doesn't say which carrier is used and if it did, I would know which address (PO Box for USPS or the house address for UPS, FedEx, etc.)
After looking and looking for my product, your website was the most helpful in deciding my decision to order.

We are loving our new super cute Amsterdam mini tea pots. Now my husband and I can have different tees in our own individual pots. It's a revelation!

Answer: I bought the ETS brand and was surprised it had a black pepper taste, not sweet and spicy like every other chai I've ever had. I reported this to customer service and got NO REPLY. Very disappointed in their product and customer support.
