This was my first and will be my last order from English Tea Store. I received free shipping as I spent over a certain amount. My order arrived and all the chocolates had melted. I emailed customer service as I was disappointed. I received a rude reply that they can't help me. I should have paid for expedited shipping and an ice pack! There was an ice pack in my paint it was liquid when I received it.
Anyway the bottom line is I'm not happy and will NEVER do business with this company ever again.
These were purchased for a senior center Mother's Day Tea. They were the perfect size for our guests to take home as a favor.
We have had the hardest time finding Bewley's tea and other Irish teas. After finding English Tea Store I will never go hunt for teas in a physical store ever again!
I enjoy trying samples of different teas. I love that their samples are a good amount. You get to really try the teas before getting a large amount of something you may not like. Healthier made than American products) English products are. No corn sweeteners or chemicals. The English Tea Store is now a go to for many items.

I was very pleased when you sent me an email informing me that two of the items I ordered were no available and you offered me a couple of other items as substitutes which I was pleased to accept and the responses were quickly answered. Not many companies now a days offer substitute items.
Unfortunately one of the cups came with a chip in the handle.
I must have almost two cups of Earl Gray while reading the obituary's each morning. It's an age thing! I have LOTS of lids because I keep breaking my pots. It's so hard to find just the right size of pot that isn't shaped like some animal or too large for just one person. So easy to order and they come quickly. Thank you.
I have used English Tea Store on line for a very long time and was surprised that a product I am sure is sold a lot by them would be out of stock. I recommend you work on your inventory status a little more closely. I had to wait a long time to finally get it shipped and would check almost daily to see if it was in. I would also recommend that you change wording when you don't have something that doesn't give the impression that you are not carrying it any more. I had to call to find out that it was just out of stock but you would be getting it in.
