They never responded to my email to customer service. Was considering purchasing other products (not chocolate) but seeing as they don't care how the products are shipped with terrible packaging and even after paying for the extra packaging supples, I would not buy from them again.

Placing an order was easy, the jams arrived when expected, and they are delicious.
I've ordered from ETS a number of times, but until my recent order, it had been a number of years. I initially bought loose teas (which I was always very pleased with, quality & prices), but then bought a few other food items. I've found their price fair & competitive. As being original from western PA & Pittsburgh fan, I like being able to shop with businesses from back in the neck of the woods where I was born.
As always, English Tea store had what I was looking for and shipped my order in a very timely manner.

I've never had any issue buying from the English Tea Store. While they no longer have as large a selection of traditional name brand loose black teas they still carry some excellent examples. The large variety of other can lead to delicious surprises.

I was aware that the weather would be very warm on delivery day, so I specifically followed the instructions of purchasing the insulated liners. I was quite disappointed to receive my order because none of the perishable items (chocolate, mostly) were put into the insulated liner. I bought 2 liners and they came in the box just folded up. So, all of my chocolate was 100% melted - literally into liquid. The price of these liners is not negligible and neither was used.

I have ordered the white tea for a number of years. I love it. It tastes just like black tea and I believe it is healthier. The service provided by the English Tea Store has been quite good. I will continue to be a customer.
