How do you expect a first time customer to immediately rate you as to the likelihood of "buying from us again"? This is akin to the eBay obsession with giving sellers an immediate 5 stars, BASED ON THEIR COMMUNICATIONS ALONE, regardless of followup (product quality, shipping adequacy, etc.).
