Was offered information relating to "zip codes" where our state offered credits for installation of solar. Required to input contact information. Never received the offered list of zip codes. Just phone calls from companies that I will never do business with because this whole interaction started with a deception. Trust is zero.

Obviously while electricity is way overpriced it's nothing compared to the price of water which could be so much more affordable if it were more smartly managed a lot is wasted is not brought to people's attention that they are wasting it they don't even realize it but the one that kills me the most is the garbage bill it's just way out of control my bill got up to 179 at one point when I had people staying with me they didn't have money so they didn't pay rent everything cost money I fell behind I fell behind on my garbage bill and when I called they had already taken my can my garbage can and I called to pay the bill and was told my bill was not $179 it was $550 the lady claiming that I never paid a bill on garbage since I've been here I was saying you got the wrong guy no that's your bill $550 my God I said this can't be correct but I'm still without a garbage can then close to 2 years now no garbage can I really think garbage pickup should be done for free garbage can be turned into energy it's a smelly job but hey somebody's going to do it if done correctly it's not really and smelly As It Seems once again got to be managed properly it's about it for today I chose Energy bill cruncher because I'm on a fixed income and I'm tired of being broke 3 weeks out of the month bill collectors are constantly calling and complaining where is this where is that I don't have it I just can't afford it with the cost of everything going up and the amount of less money coming in it's just Out Of Reach especially if you want to treat yourself to maybe an ice cream or not skipping breakfast you know eating a good breakfast would be nice everyday but can't afford it 40 years ago when I was a kid 30 40 50 years ago we had so much food you could have whatever you wanted in the morning bacon eggs toast pan fries steak if you really wanted it just had the time on your hands to cook it I'm glad president Trump is cracking down on all the expense of the government wasting money everywhere here there they trillions and billions of dollars while we're home trying to put meal on the table there's no excuse for it I like the way Trump's handling all these government paybacks to help America out let's make America great again please it used to be so easy you wouldn't be waking up in the morning worrying about money that's it thanks for listening

The energy evaluation was very helpful. Based on my energy use, I need to work on lower my energy use before contacting a solar company.

It's all bull$#*!. It hasn't reduced anything. I believe you could absolutely call this false advertising. No performance and no reduction in less of energy use. Waste of money.

Use of electricity is average. Not too happy with rising rates. Curious about total costs over time. I am 83 years old and wonder if it is saving in the short run

Describe my experience? Okay my experience is a big question mark who are you why are you even contacting me I pay my electric bill directly you have nothing to do with the payments I make.

1st & only question I asked was; based on my roof & unrestricted sunlight, how much electricity could solar produce. The only answer I ever got was fill out the form & the information of how many kilowatts used from my power bill. If I used one (1) kilowatt or a million (1,000,000,000)kilowatts, it has absolutely nothing to do with how much electricity solar panels on my roof would produce! I did not want to discus monthly rates or financing, just what the panels would produce & NEVER got that answer!

I am just filling out about info on solar panels I get full sun light all day.and would like no obligation info so I can learn more.how it works
