1st & only question I asked was; based on my roof & unrestricted sunlight, how much electricity could solar produce. The only answer I ever got was fill out the form & the information of how many kilowatts used from my power bill. If I used one (1) kilowatt or a million (1,000,000,000)kilowatts, it has absolutely nothing to do with how much electricity solar panels on my roof would produce! I did not want to discus monthly rates or financing, just what the panels would produce & NEVER got that answer!

I am just filling out about info on solar panels I get full sun light all day.and would like no obligation info so I can learn more.how it works

Seems very helpful. However possibly there are some things that I would not want to see or hear about if they weren't already there and that I would like them added in as well maybe I should ask them for the information that they have on their website or whatever they have to do with the information that we need to get them to sign off on that would be helpful and then s one. Call them back in the morning and ask them what they would want for their feedback and what kind of questions they might have on their site or what they want to know about and what they need for that they would be willing and ready to answer for nucation. I have stated at least three previous times no phone calls due to my being out of the country without cell service and that everytime you state you have an estimate to review there is none. Either send me the estimate or remove me from your spam list. I also stated I was not looking for insurance!

Your site asks the same questions over and over, and takes me around in circles. I have never gotten a real answer. I am very interested in solar possibilities, but you aren't getting me any information that is helpful.

Very interested in saving money on my electric bill! Social Security income doesn't pay all the bills, especially higher electric bills!

In answering I made clear I just wanted to know "what zip codes" got the special discounts n solar installations. And I did not want a phone call but only an email.

Instead I got NO email and 2 phone calls proposing to come to my house. The first call annoyed me because I had been specific about not wanting a call. On the second call, the caller wouldn't accept that I didn't want to answer a series of questions for an estimate. I didn't want an estimate, just wanted to know about the zip codes that their ADVERTISING mentioned prominently. I asked the caller "are you going to tell me" and she insisted on asking for more info and finally I said if you're not going to tell me the zip codes your advertising speaks of, I'm hanging up. She insisted she needs info for an estimate. I hung up!

I have filled out your info 15 times and no one from your service connect ever attempts to contact me back. I want to find out what the cost to get solar to my home. Please call me!
