I had Sunrun panels worked for two years. They went down around March of 2020, Sunrun was unreachable for 2 1/2 yrs. When they came back they sold company to new Sunrun. They wanted me to pay them $900 I asked for what, the girl was horrible the way she spoke to me. I paid Sunrun until the fall of 2020, I thought I was being nice considering they went down in March. I even got a $15.00 credit in Feb. Cuz they were not producing according to contract. The girl didn't put a work order in. Sunrun also installed panels on a substandard roofing job. The inspector from the Twp. And the guy from Sunrun were arguing up in my attic for over an hour. I can guess why. Now I need a new roof they put millions of nail hole in the roof I'm afraid my roof is going to cave in. You can go in my attic and see outside. I have mold up there. This has been a nightmare. I have a roofer who will give me a 50 yr warranty and take can of solar, returned back to Sunrun for 20 g. I don't have that kind of money I'm on SSA with a disabled daughter and five yr. Old daughter.

Too premature to give serious answer at this time. We have owned&lived here over 43 years. We live in the largest(238) home& rent out each of the 2 other single dwelling homes

I've tried calling different solar companies before. I already have 2 solar installation with the battery included. And my pgeny, bill is still high, and I've been asking to get and make sure that the system is working. And they tell me that I gotta do something else. I don't know what so whatever you could do to give me a boost on what to do. It would be helpful.

They make a good presentation on selling you. A solar system was very impressed they crunch numbers showing how it works it's a good investment if you use a lot of power.

JUZT GOT A CALL FROM A MAN WITH A HEAVY ACCENT TRYING TO TELL ME THAT HE'D SUDDENLY FOUND A 'BALANCE' OUTSTANDING. WHEN ASKED THE NAME OF HIS COMPANY HE MUMBLED SOMETHING AKIN TO 'SOLAR STRONG?' fIGURED IT A SCAM AND ENDED THE CALL.
