It is Harmon Electric Cooperative Because I have closed off two bedrooms and put up blackout curtains & my bill was over $300.00 last month& will be more next month! I keep my thermostat at 79*! I need new windows & more insulation in roof but can't afford that!
Could not locate who I pay my electric bill to, and I have been told by several people that the city of Enterprise, whom I pay my bill to does not allow people to get solar panels. I need to know is that true or can I get them here? So before I go any further with any of this email me and let me know If I am even able or allowed to have them on my home on Enterprise
