I ordered my stuff on may 19th, and still nothing I have sent numerous emails and only get an automatic email and due to covid bull crap, you cant talk to a real person at his customer service, like dude get a grip ppl bought ur products now the only right thing is to give them what they paid for or return them their money. I give a zero on overall rating...
This business is just a scam! Ordering is futile! They take your money and don't send your items. They've done this to lots and lots of customers. Shop anywhere but here. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
I bought123 go kit with soufflé gel, i followed instructions to a t not missing a step went along with one of his videos, the process is difficult when it comes to curing the nail if you don't have the curing flashlight. After getting a full set on 3 days later 2 popped off i super glued them back on and 2 more popped off within the following days. He claims they last 2 plus weeks and i don't see how... the nails also weaken under hot water and bend badly. My order did take entirely too long seeing as how they ship from Arizona and I'm in Nevada it took over a month, made in the USA and Covid is no excuse for orders to take that long. Definitely not good business practice and he was extremely rude when he responded to a utube customer that did a review on his product she was not rude she simply showed the nails bending and stated she would not buy again. Don't buy this product it is not good
I ordered from this company in May. I haven't received my items or even an update. I'm being told by auto email reply, that my order hasn't shipped yet... but that I can't cancel or modify my order. This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with!
Instead of posting a long winded review on why you shouldn't waste your money, time, or sanity with this company, I'm just going to attach a screenshot of Max's reply to my Instagram message to him begging for assistance. I had already emailed and called multiple times to no avail (they sent my package to the wrong address in a bad neighborhood, so it's gone) so I figured my last resort was Instagram DM. Attached is the screenshot.
Orders take ridiculously long, customer service non responsive. Its been 3 months and i havent even gotten a shipping notification. Dont waste your time theres other companies with the same quality products that ship faster
My order is 3 months out. I been ordering for years but not only are they rude but everything is the customers problem. They need to stop taking orders until they can catch up.
I have placed several orders through Exclusive Nail Couture and their fulfillment and so called Customer Service has deteriorated every time. I placed my last order on May 16th, I live in the US and the order still has not shipped. None of the products I ordered are on backorder either. I have emailed the company and all I get in return is a rob-reply. Max has no control over his business and no integrity. Think twice before ordering anything from him. You cannot cancel your order or get a refund even if it takes them several months to fulfill your order. IT'S NOT WORTH THE WAIT!
I placed an order of May 4,2020, and here it is July 3,2020 and I still have not received my order. I have sent several emails and the only answers you get is "still working on orders". They do not give refunds and will not answer their phones. They need to close their doors! And this company need to be reported.
Yes it did take a long time from ordering to ship but once shipped it was to be with in days. I was missing an item but I wrote an email with pictures of what I received and my shipping slip. The next day I had an email saying the will not only send me my missing item but send it with my other order that was just placed and ship them out ASAP. Be patient they are doing everything they can to get to your orders and have amazing products and great company.
I am appalled by this company. I opened a dispute with my bank (as I paid with a debit card), received credit for my money back and they FINALLY decide to ship the package. At the point when I opened the dispute, I didn't want ANY of their products. I am sick of the customer service, the company, and BECAUSE I opened a dispute, I'm sure that was the only reason why I received my package. I placed an order on April 29th, opened my dispute on June 11th, and received the package June 27th. Now, the bank needs to take the money that they credited to my account back ALL because they decided to send me stuff I don't even want AND I can't return what they sent because of their no return policy. I am highly upset but I understand why my bank needs to take the money back. Long story short, don't order from this company.
I've been a loyal customer to enailcouture but this last purchase will be my absolute last. Delay in shipping but takes your money instantly. Super long disclaimer so you can't complain and/or ask for your money back. Ridiculous customer service. Placed my order on 4/29 and it is now 5/26. I sent them an email and they mentioned that they were on orders 105 and 106. My order is 110... I understand the pandemic may slow down shipping and delivery, HOWEVER, I placed an order elsewhere the day after, and it still came before any enailcouture email update was sent to me. ALSO, the other businesses customer service sent update emails every few days as they were delayed as well. Super disappointed/frustrated but I'm glad this happened and will take my lovely business elsewhere. Don't waste your money on a business that doesn't know ANYTHING about customer service.
I might change this review slightly when/if I ever receive my order.
I ordered on March 8th. Today is June 30th. Nothing on tracking or processing my order. I sent an email 21 business days after March 8th. I got a generic automated message about how they're handling COVID. I get it, precautions and I can appreciate safety for all. However, I've ordered items from other nail places and received fast. I've even order random stuff from places like AliExpress about 3 weeks ago and I'm already receiving those items. If China can ship super fast with their slowest mailing form and you're US based and haven't gotten anything out, you're doing something wrong.
I'm also extremely tired that every day my inbox is greeted with an email about the same hot products. Well you know what? Maybe send my original order so I can judge whether I want these "new hot" items. Why would I be enticed to buy more of something if I've never received the products I sought out prior?
The best part is that none of the social media is being responded to. And if they are responding it's rudely. For example on IG I came across multiple enailcouture accounts for different sections of the world. Namely the Canada based one. They put a customer on blast in their IG story with their complaint of waiting so long. Enailcouture's response? "We're the Canadian one. We aren't connected. We're a totally different company" uhhh yet they have a picture of max as their pro pic... ok maybe you're not the US account, but as a company you're the same... maybe offer to help? Instead of putting your customers on blast.
Overall, I'm really tired of waiting. I'm almost positive these products will not be the best around... and I wonder if the price i paid will be worth the wait.
Still absolutely disgusting that you don't know about the delay in processing and shipping until AFTER you make a purchase.
Oh and good job max for turning off your comments on IG. If you read the long write up after people's purchases it says you'll update us on your social media to which none of the enailcouture's accounts have done... at all.
So after watching many reviews on YouTube I made a conscious decision to purchase the 123 go kit from enailcouture. Reviews made the products look easy n flawless. That was not the case here. I ordered my kit along with a efile I paid for and did not receive. Which website claims to have plenty in stock. Order was placed on April 30. I understand that due to covid there would be delays but I kept getting spammed in emails with conflicting dates and info regarding dates and status of my order. Mind you I used afterpay and paid my purchase in full! It wasn't until I reached out to afterpay I received out of the blue a notification that my order was on its way. Excited I finally received my order today June 29. However I am very disappointed. I received an incomplete kit as well as defective products. The nail forms are all different in thickness and some are cracked. The primer leaked all over and ate through the bubble wrap. Not to mention the missing efile I paid $99 for. Would I order again no. Customer service is horrible sending me a prewritten email with same misleading information. So please save or money and time. To be honest I feel as I was sent a non quality product only because I reached out to afterpay for a refund since I paid 3 months in advanced for product that was not up to standards and missing
Ok so I went online and read all the reviews and stuff on Enail Couture before I decided to order from them. I was doing my research. Well, I saw that they have a lot of bad reviews. The reviews are for anything from Max( the owner) putting down someone that said his product was flimsy, to not getting your stuff for a long time becauseof shipping. I also saw how they put stickers on the packages being sent that say Final, and read all the policies on shipping and orders. I still took the chance and ordered something small just to see how long it would take and if I should order more stuff. Well, the first package I ordered was 2 things 2 boxes of nail tips. They came in a reasonable amount of time. Not late or anything. Now, my second order... I placed this order on June 5,2020. I still have not received any kind of update from them. I have sent probably 5 or 6 emails and still only get a automatic reply. This is so frustrating and unprofessional. Especially when its an order as large as mine. Im so frustrated with this company and will never order from them again unless they try and fix this mess somehow! If u can wait on ur stuff for 2months then order from them but if u want it quick this is definitely not the place to order! Also, if ur looking for professionalism u will not find it here. From the shipping and return policies, to those horrible stickers that say final in big letters on ur package its just all very unprofessional! He should want to make sure all his customers are happy especially when there is a problem. So, order at ur own risk!
Its a great experience with how this company doing business, trustworthy and quick respond if you have any question, very! Very happy the next day delivery.
Tips do bend despite best efforts at saying they don't. Shipping time is ridiculous and customer service responses have become automated so essentially no response.

This company is basically a scam. I placed an order on May 2nd. It shipped on June 25th. I emailed multiple times and got an automated response almost a month after my first email. I needed to change my shipping address, since it had been so long, and no one answered. The package was shipped to the first address. I looked on their website before I ordered and it said it would take 8-18 business days to ship. It took 39 business days; over 50 total! This is a terrible company with terrible service. They also do not grant refunds. Please save the money and order elsewhere

Answer: This is a review website they're not going to check on your order for you. That being said over the last several months enailcouture is experiencing a massive delays so you should not be concerned unless it's been more than 3 months orders are massively massively behind about 30 business days before they ship out
Answer: The gel press on is a newer concept but there are a few other companies that have similar products that are comparable in price and quality that have received good reviews. I chose to purchase from Max Estrada and Enail Couture because I really liked his tutorials and videos on YouTube and his company was fairly new and I wanted to support a small business.
Answer: Migraine from his nasty monomer that leaks everywhere. It's so strong, it needs a new word for strong.
Answer: You can order the same products/kits that more cost effective and HIGHER better QUALITY
Answer: Possibly if you are happy to wait and are not put off by their terms of service which I reccomend you read carefully. Similar products of the same quality can be bought elsewhere.
Answer: Yes, there are other companies that might cost alittle but worth it not to have wait 4-8 weeks for shipping.
Answer: It's very hard. The best bet is to going to their website and it tells you when support is available you have to constantly keep checking back and it'll say agents are available or agents are not available that's your best bet
